Impact
Educating girls changes everything.
Investing in girls is not only the right thing to do, it’s the smart thing to do. Girls' education fosters economic development, peace, and reduces societal inequalities. UNICEF reports that girls’ education improves health outcomes, saving millions of lives, and evidence shows that countries with less gender disparity in schools are more likely to have higher economic growth and stability.
In a country where only 3% of girls pursue higher education, 97% of Gashora Girls Academy graduates attend universities around the world that are eager to be a part of their journey to the top. Our alumnae are studying at 221 universities in 31 countries, including every Ivy League school.
Impact Reports
We are empowered to be bold, empowered to achieve our dreams, and empowered to speak on behalf of others who don't have a voice or don't have an opportunity to speak up. When you are bold, when you can pursue your dreams, and that changes the world.
